Paula Frengle is a 10-year veteran of public housing. She worked her way up from an entry-level position as a Clerk/Dwelling Inspector to the Chief Operating Officer (Deputy Executive Director) of a 2199-unit housing authority. Her hands-on, award-winning experience applies a practical approach to the projects in which she is engaged. In addition to her public housing experience, her work in the real estate appraisal field is invaluable in today's environment.

Ms. Frengle is one of the primary authors of the Schiff Group's Comprehensive Agency Plan Package. She is extremely knowledgable about HUD's Rules and Regulations and has written numerous policies being used by over 1000 agencies across the country. In addition, Ms. Frengle is the Schiff Group's expert on Designated Housing and Demolition/Disposition issues and applications.
